Common use of Subrogation Rights Clause in Contracts

Subrogation Rights. Until such time as the Guaranteed Obligations have been paid in full in cash and otherwise fully performed and all of the Commitments under the Credit Agreement have been terminated, each Guarantor hereby irrevocably waives all rights of subrogation that it may at any time otherwise have as a result of this Guaranty (whether contractual, under Section 509 of the Bankruptcy Code, or otherwise) to the claims of the Administrative Agent and/or the other Creditors against the Borrower, any other Guarantor or any other guarantor of or surety for the Guaranteed Obligations and all contractual, statutory or common law rights of reimbursement, contribution or indemnity from the Borrower or any other Guarantor that it may at any time otherwise have as a result of this Guaranty.

Subrogation Rights. Until such time as the Guaranteed Loan Obligations have been paid in full in cash and otherwise fully performed and all of the Commitments under the Credit this Agreement have been terminated, each Guarantor hereby irrevocably waives all agrees not to exercise any rights of subrogation that it may at any time otherwise have as a result of this Guaranty Guarantee (whether contractual, under Section 509 of the Bankruptcy Code, or otherwise) to the claims of the Administrative Agent and/or the other Creditors Secured Parties against the either Borrower, any other Guarantor or any other guarantor of or surety for the Guaranteed Loan Obligations and all contractual, statutory or common law rights of reimbursement, contribution or indemnity from the either Borrower or any other Guarantor that it may at any time otherwise have as a result of this GuarantyGuarantee.

Until such time as the Guaranteed Obligations have Debt has been paid in full in cash and otherwise fully performed and all of the Commitments Commitment under the Credit Agreement have has been terminated, each Guarantor hereby irrevocably waives all rights of subrogation that it may at any time otherwise have as a result of this Guaranty (whether contractual, under Section section 509 of the Bankruptcy Code, or otherwise) to the claims of the Administrative Agent and/or the other Creditors Lenders against the Borrower, any other Guarantor or any other guarantor of or surety for the Guaranteed Obligations Debt and all contractual, statutory or common law rights of reimbursement, contribution or indemnity from the Borrower or any other Guarantor that it may at any time otherwise have as a result of this Guaranty.

Subrogation Rights.
