Subprocessor Standard Contractual Clauses. Unless an adequacy decision or alternative transfer mechanism applies, we have entered into and shall maintain Standard Contractual Clauses with Subprocessors (including our Affiliates) located outside the EEA, subject to the terms set out in Section 9.1 of this DPA.
