Common use of Subordination of Lessor’s Lien Clause in Contracts

Subordination of Lessor’s Lien. Lessor does hereby agree not to foreclose any liens or claims of lien against Lessee, the Leased Property, the Permitted Capital Improvements and all other trade fixtures and equipment of Lessee located on or in the Leased Property created pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 87.162 until such time as Lessor shall have afforded any Leasehold Mortgagee the opportunities to cure as set forth in this Article XX and neither Lessee nor such Leasehold Mortgagee has cured the same within the time limits afforded herein.
