Common use of Subordination May Clause in Contracts

Subordination May. Not Be Impaired by Guarantor. No right of any holder of Guarantor Senior Indebtedness to enforce the subordination of the Indebtedness evidenced by the Note Guarantee shall be impaired by any act or failure to act by a Guarantor or by the failure of any of them to comply with the Note Guarantee or this Indenture.
