Common use of Subordinate Debt Clause in Contracts

Subordinate Debt. Borrower will not make any payment on or with respect to any Subordinate Debt except as expressly permitted by the terms of the Subordinate Note; provided, that, Borrower may make Distributions in respect of such Subordinate Debt in accordance with, and subject to, the terms of Section 9.2(d) hereof.

Subordinate Debt.
