Submitting producers. Legal persons who are producers of a domestic or foreign work of film may present projects for the FFC reimbursement. 1. Projects involving filming in the country. 2. Production and post-production activities. 3. Post-production projects which one year prior to the application were awarded the FFC production reimbursement. In this case, the new application may not be for less than the minimum amount indicated in this Article. 4. Animation projects in which, pursuant to Article 4(7) of Decree 437 of 2013, it is not necessary to carry out filming activities, but rather the production and post-production activities relevant to this genre. Paragraph 1. Projects exclusively entailing post-production may under no circumstances apply.
