Submitting Flight Requests. Lessee shall submit requests for flights and proposed flight schedules to Lessor as far in advance of any given flight as possible, preferably at least two (2) Business Days prior to Xxxxxx’s desired departure date. Requests for flights and proposed flight schedules shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by, Lessor and Lessee. In addition to requests for flights and proposed flight schedules, Lessee shall provide Lessor at least the following information for each proposed flight as soon as possible prior to scheduled departure:
