Submit to Owner. 4 half-size plus 2 full size paper copies plus electronic (both pdf and AutoCAD LT2010 format) final copies of the Preliminary Design Phase documents and revised opinion of probable Construction Cost within 30 days after authorization to proceed with this phase.
