Sublease, Assignment, Transfer. 22 Other than boat slips ;and the sale of fuel, Lessee shall not sublease, assign, or transfer all 23 or any part of its interest on this Lease Agreement in or to the Premises or any portion thereof or 24 any improvement thereon without the express written approval of the Secretary.
