In all respects the Award and this Agreement are subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, which has been made available to you and is incorporated herein by reference. The terms of the Plan will not be considered an enlargement of any benefits under this Agreement. If the Plan and this Agreement conflict, the provisions of the Plan will govern. Interpretations of the Plan and this Agreement by the Committee are binding on you and PNC.
