Subject to Clause 25. 1, the Issuer and the Guarantors may, with the prior written approval of the Bond Trustee, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, terminate the appointment of all or any of the Agents (other than the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar) at any time and/or appoint one or more further or other Agents by giving to the Principal Paying Agent and to the relevant other Agent at least 45 days' notice in writing to that effect (other than in the case of insolvency).
