Common use of SUBJECT EMPLOYEE Clause in Contracts

SUBJECT EMPLOYEE. For purposes of this Agreement the term "Subject Employee" includes all current or former officers, directors, employees or consultants who are or were employed or otherwise compensated in connection with activities involving the Stock being purchased.
