Subdivision Development. If the project is to be subdivided (i.e., platted), it shall be in accordance with and as shown on Exhibit B, the approved site plan. This Agreement is not any type of plat approval and the Developer remains responsible for complying with all provisions of the Michigan Land Division Act, as amended, and any associated Township ordinances with respect to plat reviews and approvals.
