SUBDIVISION DECLARATION. The Subdivision is or will be developed and operated according to the rules, agreements, conditions, restrictions, easements, reserved rights and other limitations affecting the Subdivision and the Lot set out in the Subdivision Declaration. Accordingly, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands and agrees that Purchaser's ownership, use and occupancy of the Lot are affected and limited by the terms and provisions of the Subdivision Declaration, and the rights reserved, created and granted to the "Declarant" thereof, the Subdivision Association and other parties. Pursuant to the Subdivision Declaration, the Declarant may, from time to time, make changes in or amendments to the Subdivision Declaration and such changes or amendments may be made without the approval of Purchaser. Such changes or amendments shall not be a cause or reason for termination or revision of this Agreement.
