Subcontractor’s Schedule. The Subcontractor shall promptly provide the Contractor with written scheduling information pertaining to the Subcontractor’s Work and/or provide a digitally prepared ▇▇▇▇▇-Chart type schedule (or similar computerized bar chart schedule acceptable to the Contractor) showing dates and durations for each significant activity of the Subcontractor’s Work in sufficient detail and phasing acceptable to the Contractor until the Subcontractor’s schedule satisfactorily conforms to and supports the achievement of the above completion dates. The Subcontractor acknowledges that the Contractor can rely on the accuracy of the Subcontractor’s schedule. The Subcontractor’s schedule or schedule information shall include information regarding durations for shop drawings/submittals, fabrication, and deliveries of purchased and fabricated materials needed to support the critical path of Work and/or to support and maintain the Project completion dates. If necessary for the purpose of updating the construction schedule to reflect the current progress of the Work, the Subcontractor shall, if requested by the
Subcontractor’s Schedule. If requested by Contractor, Subcontractor shall submit to Contractor a detailed schedule for performance of Subcontractor’s Work, in a form acceptable to Contractor, which shall comply with all scheduling requirements of the Contract Documents and of Section 4.1 above. Contractor may, at its sole discretion, direct Subcontractor to make reasonable modifications and revisions in said schedule. Subcontractor shall be responsible for any additional supervision and general conditions costs and all costs of stand-by trades or other subcontractors if Subcontractor elects to, or is required, due to its failure to maintain scheduled performance, to work hours and days other than those specified as normal working hours in the Contract Documents or by Contractor.
