Subcontractors; Ongoing Compliance. (i) DealerTrack will maintain the same or greater (in DealerTrack's reasonable belief) level of security that was demonstrated in order to establish initial compliance with the agreements in this document. (ii) Upon Lender's request, DealerTrack will apprise Lender of any subcontractor engaged for the purpose of processing Confidential Information on behalf of DealerTrack. Any subcontractor engaged by DealerTrack for the purpose of processing Confidential Information or sensitive document destruction will be obligated to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information, in accordance with Section 15 of this Agreement and DealerTrack shall be responsible for any breach thereof by any such subcontractor.
