SUBCONTRACTOR UTILIZATION PLAN Clause Samples
The Subcontractor Utilization Plan clause requires the primary contractor to outline how they will engage and utilize subcontractors during the execution of a project. Typically, this involves submitting a detailed plan that lists intended subcontractors, the scope of work assigned to each, and measures to ensure compliance with any diversity or local participation goals. By mandating such a plan, the clause promotes transparency in subcontracting practices and helps ensure that project commitments regarding subcontractor involvement are met, thereby supporting fair competition and regulatory compliance.
SUBCONTRACTOR UTILIZATION PLAN. A contractor that will subcontract any of the work or services to be provided under the Contract shall submit to the agency along with its proposal a Subcontractor Utilization Plan located at the following webpage: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/treasury/purchase/forms/subcontracting.pdf. SUBCONTRACTOR UTILIZATION PLAN. All bidders intending to use a subcontractor must submit a completed Subcontractor Utilization Plan. Please see the State of New Jersey, Division of Purchase and Property’s Subcontractor Forms which includes the Subcontractor Utilization Plan form. Not Applicable to this RFP.
SUBCONTRACTOR UTILIZATION PLAN. For each anticipated subcontract, provide:
a. Subcontractor’s name, address, and telephone number including the name, title and telephone number of the contact person
b. DBE category, if applicable
d. Estimated value of subcontract
e. The following signed and dated certification statement: “I certify that each subcontractor has been notified that it has been listed in this proposal and that each subcontractor has consented, in writing, to its name being submitted for this RFP. Additionally, I certify that I shall notify each subcontractor in writing if the award is granted to my firm, and I will make all documentation available to ATN upon request.”
