Subcontractor Security Obligations. The Contractor shall include the requirements of the Contract Sections entitled "Security" and "PCI-DSS" in all subcontracts under this Contract. The Contractor shall oversee Subcontractors' compliance with such requirements and shall select and retain only those Subcontractors that are capable of meeting or exceeding, and that in fact meet or exceed Security Standards.
