Subcontractor Coverage. Contractor shall require all subcontractors that may be authorized to provide Services on behalf of Contractor or otherwise under this Agreement to maintain insurance commensurate with the nature of such subcontractors’ work and all coverage for subcontractors shall be subject to all the requirements set forth in this Agreement and applicable laws, rules and regulations. Failure of subcontractor(s) to comply with insurance requirements does not limit Contractor’s liability or responsibility.

Subcontractor Coverage. The Contractor shall ensure and require its subcontractors of any tier have insurance coverage equal to, or greater than, the requisite coverages specified herein.
Subcontractor Coverage. 7.7.4.1 Each Party shall require subcontractors providing services under this Agreement to maintain in force the insurance coverage and limits required in Sections 7.7.1 through 7.7.3.3, as applicable, of this Agreement, except for Section 7.7.3.2. With respect to Section 7.7.3.2 of this agreement, subcontractors must maintain the following Commercial General Liability limits: Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum limits of $2,000,000 General Aggregate limit; $1,000,000 each occurrence sub-limit for all bodily injury or property damage incurred in any one occurrence: $1,000,000 each occurrence sub-limit for Personal Injury and Advertising; $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate limit, with a $1,000,000 each occurrence sub-limit for Products/Completed Operations. Fire Legal Liability sub-limits of $1,000,000 are also required if this Agreement involves collocation.
Subcontractor Coverage. Any subcontractor performing work for Lessee shall have Broward County listed as a certificate holder for all coverages and as an additional insured for its General Liability, Excess Liability, and Pollution coverages. Lessee shall require its subcontractors to provide all appropriate and necessary insurance coverages in their respective agreements.

Subcontractor Coverage. 301.1 - In the event the Employer subcontracts out any work covered by this agreement, signatory subcontractor on the Union’s list, if any are suitable and available, will be afforded the opportunity to submit a bid to perform the work. The Union will provide the Employer a list of signatory contractors and maintain it current. 301.2 - In instances where union subcontractors are not suitable and available, or their bid is not competitive, the Employer is not restricted from awarding the work to any available subcontractor.
Subcontractor Coverage. Supplier must require all subcontractors it uses in conjunction with this Agreement to secure and maintain insurance in the amounts and types set forth in Section III.E.3 (as if Supplier performed the work or provided the service performed or provided by the subcontractor), except that each subcontractor must maintain an umbrella liability policy of not less than $10 million, in excess of the commercial general liability, employer’s liability, and commercial automobile liability coverage.
