Subcontractor Coverage. If Contractor subcontracts any Services in accordance with this Master Agreement, Contractor shall cause each applicable Subcontractor to procure and maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Contractor is ultimately responsible for its Subcontractors and for ensuring that appropriate insurance is maintained by its Subcontractors.
