Subchapter S Provisions. (a) The Company intends to elect to be an S Corporation for and after its date of organization. (b) Each shareholder of the Company, agrees to sign a Form 2553 including any attachments thereto to make such an election. The Company will provide each such Unitholder with a copy of the Form 2553 to be signed by such Unitholder.
