Common use of SUBADVISORY FEE Clause in Contracts

SUBADVISORY FEE. The Adviser shall not pay any fee to the Subadviser in exchange for the services to be provided by the Subadviser under this Agreement. The Subadviser acknowledges and agrees that the Fund is an integral part of separately managed account programs, and that the Subadviser will be compensated directly or indirectly by separately managed account sponsors or program participants for services rendered hereunder. The Subadviser acknowledges and agrees that such compensation is sufficient consideration hereunder.
