Sub-Sublicensing Sample Clauses
Sub-Sublicensing. Any sublicense granted by Licensee will be granted only to the Sublicensee and cannot be assigned or further sub-sublicensed without the prior written consent of Institution, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Sub-Sublicensing. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sublicensee shall have the right to grant exclusive or non-exclusive sub-sublicenses of its rights under the Licensed IP.
Sub-Sublicensing. Sublicensee may further sublicense its rights under this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the IPLA.
