Common use of Sub-processor Requirements Clause in Contracts

Sub-processor Requirements. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has entered or will enter into a written agreement with each Sub-processor that contains data protection obligations equivalent to those in this DPA. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be liable for the actions and omissions of its Sub-processors undertaken in connection with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ performance under this DPA to the same extent ▇▇▇▇▇▇ would be liable if performing the Services directly. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall notify the Customer of any failure by the Sub-processor to fulfill its contractual obligations.
