Sub-Processor Agreement. The parties agree that if copies of Unity’s agreements with a Sub-Processor must be sent by Unity to Customer pursuant to Applicable Data Protection Law, such copies may have all commercial information and provisions unrelated to this DPA redacted by Unity beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by Unity only upon reasonable request by Customer.
