Sub-participation permitted. Nothing in this clause 15 prevents the Lender granting by way of sub-participation (being the entry by the Lender into contractual relations with a person in relation to the Finance Documents without conferring any rights under the Finance Documents) all or part of the Lender’s rights under the Finance Documents.
