Sub-Loop Distribution Facility. A two-wire or four-wire metallic distribution facility in Verizon’s network between a Verizon feeder distribution interface ("FDI") and the Rate Demarcation Point for such facility (or NID if the NID is located at such Rate Demarcation Point).
