Common use of Sub-Licence Clause in Contracts

Sub-Licence. The Supplier hereby grants to the Customer, and the Customer hereby accepts, for the Customer’s internal business purposes only, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable (except as provided in section 6.3 of this paragraph 6) right and license to use the Sycurio Services in object code form solely for the Customer’s internal business requirements, subject to the terms and conditions of any Documentation, Statement of Work, this Annex and the Agreement.
