Common use of SUB-LET Clause in Contracts

SUB-LET. 5.1. The Tenant shall not cede or assign under any circumstances any of its rights under this Agreement nor allow anyone else to occupy the Leased Premises or any part thereof on any condition whatsoever or for any reason whatsoever without the Landlord’s prior written consent. 5.2. The Tenant shall not be permitted to sublet the Leased Premises or any portion thereof under any circumstances without the Landlord’s prior written consent and which consent shall be in writing.
