Sub-contractor Disclosure. The Seller shall identify all of its strategic business partners related to services provided under this Agreement, including but not limited to, all subcontractors, affiliates, third party(ies), and other entities or individuals performing work on behalf of the Seller pursuant to this Agreement who will be involved in any application development, and/or operations and/or service(s).

Sub-contractor Disclosure. The Service Provider shall identify all of its strategic business partners related to services provided under this contract, including but not limited to, all subcontractors or other entities or individuals who may be a party to a joint venture or similar agreement with the Service Provider, who will be involved in any application development and/or operations.

Sub-contractor Disclosure. Upon the request of Island Health, the Contractor will provide Island Health with a report of all work done by the Contractor or approved sub-contractor in connection with specific Services.

Sub-contractor Disclosure. The Contractor is responsible for the actions of their subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Contractor shall take necessary steps to ensure that the provisions of this contract are enforceable on all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers acting on behalf or, or through Contractor.
