Sub-Consultants. 4.7.1 With the prior written approval of the Owner, the Professional may subcontract such services as the Professional deems necessary to meet its obligations under this IDIQ Agreement or any Service Order. Sub-consultants shall be qualified and experienced in the type of work they will be performing. Owner shall have the right to reject any Sub-consultant, but such right shall not relieve the responsibility of the Professional for his work and the work of the Sub-consultant. Professional expressly assumes such responsibility and liability.
