Common use of SUB-CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

SUB-CONSULTANT. A person or organization of properly registered and licensed professionals who have entered an agreement with the Consultant to provide professional services for the Project.

SUB-CONSULTANT. A person person, firm or organization of properly registered and licensed professionals who have entered an agreement corporation having a Contract with the Consultant ▇▇▇▇ to provide furnish services required as its independent professional services for associate or consultant with respect to the Project.
