Common use of SUB-ADVISOR’S SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SUB-ADVISOR’S SERVICES. Pursuant to this Agreement and subject to the oversight of the Colony NorthStar Sub-Advisor, the Sub-Advisor has direct responsibility for, among others, the duties listed in this Article 3. Sub-Advisor shall, either directly or, as the Sub-Advisor deems necessary or desirable, indirectly by engaging one of its Affiliates, perform the services listed in this Article 3.
