Common use of Sub-Adviser Reports and Board Presentations Clause in Contracts

Sub-Adviser Reports and Board Presentations. The Sub-Adviser shall furnish the Adviser and the Board with such reasonable information and reports as the Adviser deems appropriate or as the Board shall reasonably request. The Sub-Adviser shall make its officers and employees who provide key services for the Fund reasonably available from time to time, including for attendance at Board meetings, to review the investment and compliance policies applicable to the Managed Portion, and to consult with the Adviser or the Board regarding the Managed Portion’s investment affairs.

Sub-Adviser Reports and Board Presentations. The Sub-Adviser shall furnish the Adviser and the Board with such reasonable information and reports as the Adviser deems appropriate or as the Board shall reasonably request. The Sub-Adviser shall make its officers and employees who provide key services for the Fund reasonably available from time to time, including for attendance at Board meetings, to review the investment and compliance policies applicable to the Managed Portion, and to consult with the Adviser or the Board regarding the Managed Portion’s investment affairs, provided, that the Sub-Adviser generally shall not be required to attend in-person more than two such meetings a year.
