SUB-ADVISER EXPENSES. Sub-Adviser, at its expense, will pay for all expenses that are required for it to execute its duties under this Agreement and any other expenses the Sub-Adviser agrees in writing to bear. Sub-Adviser shall not be obligated pursuant to this Agreement to pay any expenses of or for the Fund not expressly assumed by Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement.
SUB-ADVISER EXPENSES. The Sub-Adviser assumes the expense of and shall pay for maintaining the staff and personnel necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and shall at its own expense provide the office space, equipment and facilities for such personnel, and shall pay all compensation of officers and trustees of the Trust who are affiliated persons of the Sub-Adviser.
