Study proposals a. All collaborating parties that have actively participated in CAPS activities can submit study proposals to the steering committee. This study proposal should be described concisely (e.g. 2 pages) and should include background, study hypothesis, target population, and research methods. b. After the steering committee has assessed the feasibility of this proposal within the CAPS consortium (patient data, scientific value, financing, logistics, target population), the study proposal will be discussed with all collaborating parties, reviewing desirability and feasibility (logistical, financial). All costs and efforts related to the proposed study are at the expense of the proposing center, unless agreed otherwise. c. After discussion of the study proposal by the collaborating parties, the collaborating parties will then be asked to indicate if they consent to make their entered data available to the submitter of the study proposal.
