Study Material. (a) Sponsor will identify each compound, material or other substance (“Test Material”) that is to become the subject of a Study. Sponsor will provide Laboratory with the Test Material with which to perform the Study, as well as such know-how, information and data (“Sponsor Know-How”) as Sponsor deems necessary to enable Laboratory to conduct each Study. In addition, Sponsor shall provide Laboratory with information to apprise Laboratory of the stability of the Test Material, proper storage and safe handling requirements, including a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or equivalent documentation (“Safety Information”). Laboratory will supply a blank MSDS to Sponsor, if necessary.
Study Material. The City will, sixty (60) days in advance of any promotional test, provide Employees with a list of reference material designated by the testing source as used for making up the forthcoming promotional test. The study material provided by the testing company as reference material used in the promotional test will be retained by the Division Offices and will be available to every Employee eligible to take the promotional test.
Study Material. One copy off all source materials shall be provided for the in- 7 station use of employees preparing to take such examinations. Promotional testing material shall 8 consist of the present labor agreement, Current General Orders and SOP’s, the most current RI 9 EMS Protocols, and one Fire Service related book that will be mutually selected by the chief of the 10 department and the union.

Study Material. If applicable, Company or a Company Designee will provide Provider with sufficient amounts of all compounds, materials, or other substances meeting relevant specifications (“Test Materials”) with which to perform each Study, as well as such complete and accurate data as is reasonably necessary to apprise Provider of the stability, proper storage and safe handling requirements of the Test Materials, including a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or equivalent documentation. Provider agrees that Test Materials shall be considered Confidential Information under Section 8 of this Agreement, and further agrees not to analyze or modify the Test Materials except as necessary to perform Services hereunder, with the prior written consent of Company.
Study Material. Sponsor shall make available sufficient quantities of the Study material to carry out the Study. The Principal Investigator shall take responsible steps to handle, store, and use such materials in accordance with Appendix A. All such unused materials will be returned to Sponsor at the conclusion of the work, unless written authorization to destroy them is given by Sponsor.
Study Material. Study material for all the courses will be provided by “Maxx Academy” to the Franchisee only after advance payment for the same.

Study Material. Together with the registration confirmation, the student receives their study material from the Vedic Academy for the distance learning course they have taken. The study material becomes the property of the student.
