STUDY COURSES. 22.01 The Employer shall contribute up to fifty per cent (50%) of the cost of study courses approved by it that directly increase an employee’s work qualifications. Each request for such assistance is considered on its merits and shall not be arbitrarily withheld. 22.02 Technicians may indicate in writing to their Department Head or designate their desire to receive training courses in equipment serviced by employees.
