Studio Performance and First Friday Events a. The Employer will notify the Artists in writing no later than the conclusion of the first week of the season when all Studio Performances and First Friday events will be scheduled for that season which will be subject to change with thirty (30) days advance notice. Any such change will not impact an Artist who has previously requested a personal day for the changed date. b. On a day that includes a Studio Performance, Company Class will begin no earlier than 12:00 noon and the maximum Rehearsal call for an Artist will be either three (3) hours of Artistic Activity or a matinee Studio Performance. c. On a day (other than Saturday) immediately following an evening Studio Performance, Company Class will not begin earlier than one (1) hour later than the Company Class time defined in SECTION VI.H.1 and the maximum call of Artistic Activity for an Artist will be five (5) hours. On a Saturday immediately following a Friday evening Studio Performance, or an extended Friday rehearsal as provided for in SECTION VI.A.1.b, Company Class will begin no earlier than 11:00 a.m. and Artistic Activity will conclude no later than 6:30 p.m. d. In the event a Studio Performance is scheduled during the day (matinee) with the exception of a second Studio Performance or non-dancing photos, interviews and evaluation meeting with the Artistic Director, the Studio Performance(s) will be the only required service of the day. No further modification of the week’s schedule will be required. e. Up to two (2) Studio Performances within a Week will not require a Performance Week schedule for that week in which the Studio Performances occurs. f. If the Artist is not required to prepare performance hair and makeup, the one half (½) hour call may be waived. However, if the Artist is required to change into costume ten (10) minutes will be provided to do so. g. Notwithstanding the above, all other Performance conditions defined in the Agreement will apply for Studio Performances. h. First Friday events shall be defined as a Studio Performance and scheduled accordingly. Additionally, First Friday events will conclude no later than 8:00 p.m.
