Studio Location. Licensee shall maintain a main studio capable of providing a broadcast quality signal to the Station's transmission facility, such main studio to be located within the Station's city-grade contour. Broker shall be responsible for providing a broadcast quality signal for its programming either to such main studio location or directly to the Station's transmission facility.
