Students to Be Served. The School’s enrollment and admission process shall be conducted in accordance with its approved application unless altered by Florida law. Prior to implementation, the details of the admissions process will be reviewed and approved by the Sponsor. The School agrees that it shall develop and implement strategies to achieve a racial/ethnic balance reflective of the community it serves.
Students to Be Served. The parties agree that the School shall be open to any student covered in an interdistrict agreement or residing in Brevard County, Florida.
Students to Be Served. The Funding Project will be used to serve approximately sixteen thousand (16,000) students within the Pasco County School District.
