STUDENT PRACTICUM OBSERVATIONS. Scheduling of students for the purpose of fulfilling clinical observation requirements from their respective school shall be done through the Personnel Office and the building principals. Principals shall provide teachers sufficient time to accommodate such observation requests. Teachers shall have the right to refuse to participate in these observations.
