STUDENT PERFORMANCE CONTRACT Clause Samples

Typically, it outlines specific academic goals, behavioral requirements, or milestones that the student must meet, and may detail consequences for failing to comply, such as probation or dismissal from the program. This clause serves to clearly communicate performance standards and ensure accountability, helping both the institution and the student understand their obligations and the repercussions of not meeting agreed-upon criteria.
