A Student Performance Contract is a clause that sets out the expectations, responsibilities, and standards of conduct or achievement required from a student within an educational or training program. STUDENT PERFORMANCE CONTRACT. Each student participating in the PHSC Early College Program must enter into a Student Performance Contract (SAR-90) which must be signed by the student, the student’s parent/legal guardian, a representative of the student’s school district, and a PHSC academic advisor. The student performance contract includes the schedule of courses by semester, student attendance requirements, and course grade requirements for participation in the PHSC Early College Program.
