Common use of Student Information Reporting Clause in Contracts

Student Information Reporting. To ensure compliance with federal and state law regarding student records, the Charter School shall report to the Chartering Authority student information enrollment projections for the coming year no later than February 15. The Chartering Authority will also verify the following through the TDOE on a quarterly basis: - Daily attendance and other student data (as required by law to be reported by the Charter School to the State using a state-approved Student Management System approved by the Chartering Authority), - Student enrollment for determining average daily membership (as required by law to be reported by the Charter School to the State by the date required by the Tennessee Department of Education), - Student withdrawals, out-of-school suspensions, and expulsions. Any errors in data reported to the State by the Charter School shall be the sole responsibility of the Charter School to identify and correct.
