Common use of Student Information Reporting Clause in Contracts

Student Information Reporting. To ensure compliance with federal and state law regarding student records, the Charter School shall report to the Authorizer student information enrollment projections for the coming year by March 1, or sooner if required by the Tennessee Department of Education. Any errors in data reported to the State by the Charter School shall be the sole responsibility of the Charter School to identify and correct.
