This employee exhibits potential for improvement. Improvement must be demonstrated by in order for continued employment to be recommended. A specific plan for improvement is attached. □ This employee is not meeting the required standards of Perry Local School District and is not recommended for continued employment.
STUDENT CONTROL. The teacher maintains appropriate and positive student control and deals effectively with pupil problems. The teacher: a. Establishes and maintains standards for student behavior. b. Plans and implements classroom procedures and routines that support student learning. c. Follows the school-wide discipline plan procedures to improve standards of behavior and student safety throughout the school. d. Treats children with respect. e. Uses instructional time effectively.
STUDENT CONTROL. Supervision and student control under the direction of the site management supervisor/designee shall be provided when any employee is performing an assigned work/task at a District site. Students will be kept at a safe distance from the work area to ensure that the work of the employee shall be completed in a safe and expedient manner.
