Structures. The Lessor reserves the right to erect, remove and re-erect kiosks, signs, seats and other structures in any part of the Common Areas and to grant to any person the exclusive use of any such kiosks or structures for such purposes and for such periods and on such terms and conditions as the Lessor may think fit.
