Structures. The ASSOCIATION shall consist of Members, Trustees and such sub-committees as the Trustees may from time to time consider conducive to the functioning of the ASSOCIATION. The Members shall appoint the Trustees at a General β or Special Meeting. The Trustees may appoint one or more sub- committee/s.
