Structures Maintenance. The Operating Company shall carry out maintenance of Structures as necessary and or required, and no earlier than every four (4) months or later than every seven (7) months, to meet the requirements of this Section 4 Inspection & Maintenance β Structures unless a Category 1 Defect, Damage to Crown Property or any other damage event in relation to a Structure requires an increase in the frequency of the Cyclic Maintenance of a Structure.
