Structures in common areas. The Landlord expressly reserves the right from time to time to erect, remove and re-erect kiosks, free standing signs, seats and other structures in any part of the common areas, and to grant to any person the exclusive use of any such kiosks or structures for such purposes for such periods and upon such terms and conditions as the Landlord in its absolute discretion may think fit.
